Finding your New Normal: Education & Support Group for Perimenopausal Women

Join me for a live six week workshop about navigating perimenopausal life. Together, we’ll embark on an empowering journey of learning, practice and transformation within a supportive community of like minded women. If you’ve felt confused, alone, freaked the F out, but too busy or overwhelmed to do anything about the rollercoaster that is midlife, You Are Not Alone. If you’ve ever wished for a handbook on perimenopause this workshop is for you!

An inevitable part of midlife for women* is perimenopause and eventually menopause.  There’s no getting around that.  But, you do not have to do this alone.  This workshop won’t “fix” or “hack your hormones”-I’m not trying to sell you quick fixes or magic cures.  My intention is to help you feel more empowered during midlife with science based information and practical tools to increase self-care, manage stress more effectively and make midlife affirming choices around food and movement.

As a seasoned therapist, yoga teacher and Menopause Coach, I bring a unique blend of knowledge, humor, and a down to earth vibe to my holistic approach to health and wellness.  The workshop will blend learning and practice, offering a sensible, kind and well rounded approach to navigating the perimenopause journey.  Together, we’ll explore how perimenopause is changing our bodies and most importantly, you’ll learn practical skills and tools to confidently navigate through the changes.  My goal is to foster a collective learning environment that is supportive and engaging. 

*I use the word women to describe people who have (or had) ovaries and will go through Perimenopause & Menopause.

Who is this workshop for?

This workshop is for women in their mid-30’s and beyond who are, or think they are, on the perimenopause/menopause journey.

What commitment is required?

A commitment to show up for yourself! Attend all six sessions, be open to self-reflection and connecting with others, bring your curious mind and a willingness to start doing new things.

Week One: WTH is perimenopause anyway?! In other words, we’ll learn all about perimenopause and how it impacts our bodies.

Week Two: Managing Stress: How to Pause & Actually Slow Down

Week Three: Self-Care Essentials: what self-care is & isn’t & how to make it actually work for you

Week Four: Eating & Resting for your body: the how & what to eat & why a nighttime routine is your friend

Week Five: Moving for your body: why we need to start thinking about and doing exercise differently + how to actually start doing it

Week Six: Putting it all together & Creating your Perimenopause Vision Statement

Who’s not right for this workshop?

This workshop isn’t for you if you don’t like colorful language and connecting with others in a supportive space sounds like a nightmare.

By the end of this workshop, you’ll be empowered to successfully navigate the menopause journey with with science based information, concrete tools to manage stress more skillfully, have a deeper understanding and practice of nourishing self-care, and create movement, nutrition and rest goals that are realistic and kind.  Plus, the awesome bonus of being part of a supportive learning environment with other women! Together, we’llI normalize and demystify perimenopause!

Will this workshop help me if I’m not sure if I’m in perimenopause?

Absolutely! Knowledge is Power! If you’re a woman in her mid-30’s or older, you’ll walk away with more wisdom about your own body and be equipped with the skills you’ll need to confidently navigate the changes of midlife.
